⭐ NBP Bundles – Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with NBP Bundles. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
During busy periods (sales, holidays, high volume), processing times may extend slightly, but we do our best to pack and send your order as quickly as possible.

Your Ball Technique draw may be recorded unless you request otherwise at checkout.

2. Shipping Rates

NBP Bundles offers flat-rate shipping of $10 Australia-wide.

This rate applies per order, not per bundle, so multiple bundles purchased in the same order will still ship for one flat rate.

Free shipping promotions may apply from time to time and will be clearly advertised.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Once shipped, delivery usually takes:

  • Metro areas: 2–6 business days

  • Regional areas: 3–10 business days

  • Remote locations: 5–14 business days

These estimates may vary depending on your location and courier delays outside our control.

4. Tracking

All parcels include tracking.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

NBP Bundles has no control over tracking updates once the parcel has been lodged with the courier.

5. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your address details are accurate at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for additional reshipping fees.

6. Lost or Delayed Parcels

NBP Bundles is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the courier

  • Parcels that are delayed during peak seasons

  • Parcels marked “delivered” by the courier but not received

We will, however, do our best to assist you in lodging an investigation if needed.

7. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the outer packaging

  • Photos of any damaged items

We will work with you to resolve the issue.

8. International Shipping

At this stage, NBP Bundles ships within Australia only.
International shipping may be added in the future.
