⭐ NBP Bundles – Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with NBP Bundles. Because our products are mystery-style and custom-drawn using the Ball Technique, we have a specific returns policy to ensure fairness and clarity for all customers.

1. Change of Mind Returns

Due to the mystery nature of NBP Bundles, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or if you receive items that differ from examples shown online.
All product images are examples only — your items are selected based on your unique draw.

2. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you believe you have received an incorrect item or something is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will require:
✔ Your order number
✔ A photo of everything received
✔ A description of the issue

If verified, we will arrange a replacement item or suitable resolution.

3. Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days with:
✔ Clear photos of the damaged item
✔ Photos of the packaging
✔ Your order number

Once assessed, we will offer either:

  • A replacement of the damaged item, or

  • A partial refund for that item

We may request the damaged item to be returned before issuing a replacement.

4. Faulty Items

If an item is faulty (e.g., broken mechanism, non-working sensory item), please contact us within 7 days with photos or a short video.
We will provide a replacement where possible.

5. Allergies & Sensitivities

NBP Bundles includes items such as oils, fragrances, metal components, sensory items, and cosmetics.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check ingredients and materials before use.

We do not provide refunds or exchanges for allergic reactions or sensitivities.

6. Liquid Sensory Items

Items containing liquid (e.g., glitter wands, sensory timers) may occasionally show minor air bubbles or flow variations. These are not considered faults.
Refills or replacements will only be offered if the item arrives leaking or cracked.

7. Ball Technique & Bonus Items

Because every bundle is created using a random draw, additional bonus items from charm drops cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Bundles may vary in size due to bonus charms.

8. Return Shipping Costs

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return postage unless the item was faulty or an incorrect item was sent.

9. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Eye masks

  • Cosmetics

  • Lip balms

  • Oils or sprays

  • Therapy dough

  • Any sensory or tactile item that shows signs of use
