NBP Bundles are mystery wellness bundles that include a mix of regular items, premium items, and occasional bonus items. Product photos on this website are examples only. Actual items may vary depending on availability and the results of your Ball Technique draw.

All items are new and selected with care. If a particular item becomes unavailable, a similar item of equal or greater value may be substituted.

2. The Ball Technique

NBP Bundles uses the popular Ball Technique seen across TikTok, Etsy, and other online platforms.

• Each ball represents one item.

• Every 10 balls unlocks one premium item.

• Some balls contain bonus charms that add extra items to your order.

Because of this, the total number of items you receive may be greater than the advertised minimum.

Your draw may be filmed or photographed for content unless you request otherwise at the time of purchase.

3. Mental Health & Wellness Disclaimer

NBP Bundles are supportive wellness kits and not a replacement for professional mental health treatment, diagnosis, or therapeutic care.

Each bundle includes general suggestions on how the items may assist with grounding, emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, or ADHD symptoms. These tips are not personalised advice.

4. Safety & Age Warning

NBP Bundles contain sensory and fidget items that may include small parts, detachable components, liquids, metal pieces, or materials unsuitable for young children.
For safety reasons, NBP Bundles are not recommended for children under 12 years of age.

Items should be used gently and appropriately. Discontinue use if an item becomes damaged.
NBP Bundles is not liable for misuse of products, especially those involving small parts or adult-only items (such as metal spiky rings, cosmetics, candles, oils, or sprays).

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in AUD and may be updated at any time.
Full payment is required at checkout. Orders will not be packed or shipped until payment is confirmed.

6. Shipping

NBP Bundles offers flat-rate shipping Australia-wide unless otherwise stated.
Delivery times may vary depending on location, seasonal delays, or courier issues.
Once your parcel has been shipped, NBP Bundles is not responsible for courier delays or lost parcels caused by postal carriers.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct address. Any reshipping due to incorrect addresses may incur additional fees.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the mystery nature of NBP Bundles, returns and refunds are not available for change of mind, preference, or item selection outcomes.

Refunds or partial refunds may be considered for:

• Items damaged during transit

• Incorrect items received

• Missing items when verified

To request support, please contact NBP Bundles within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

8. Allergies & Sensitivities

Some items may contain fragrances, essential oils, metal components, or cosmetic ingredients that may trigger allergies or sensitivities.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review item descriptions and use products safely.
